Dr. Terencio Lacuesta holds a PhD degree in Physics, from Murdoch University in Western Australia. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City.
He is currently with STMicroelectronics (formerly NXP Semiconductors Inc), Calamba City as Chief FA Engineer, Q&R. Dr. Lacuesta was previously a FA Specialist and led the Physical Device Analysis at Intel Technology Philippines Inc, and an Associate Professor of Physics at the Institute of Mathematical Science and Physics in UP Los BaŅos College, Laguna.
He worked as a Guest Scientist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, US Department of Commerce in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA. He was an Outstanding Young Scientist in Physics Awardee of the National Academy of Science and Technology, Department of Science and Technology, in 1994. |
