Mr. Carmelo Cayaban is a graduate of BS Computer Engineering at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He is currently taking up MS EE - Microelectronics at the DEEE, UP Diliman. He is a member of the Digital Design Team under the Microelectronics Division of ASTI. He was previously involved in projects such as the FPGA implementation of a RISC processing core, the System Coprocessor and two of the major blocks for the Peripheral Control Module, namely the Direct Memory Access Controller and the Advanced Peripheral Bus (APB) Bridge.
