Mr. Dino Hermosisima Santos (D.T.M.) was born to a clan of Educators, Lawyers, and Politicians. He is the quintessential Presenter. His exposure to public speaking began early with numerous awards and competitions joined as soon as he was of school age. In college he was awarded with a Dean's Citation for "Best in Thesis Defense".
His career as a Toastmaster is still considered the stuff of legend. He joined the leadership and communication skills development organization at the age of 18. Became a club president by 20. Area Governor by 22. A national speech contest champion in Speaking to Evaluate by 23. Attaining the highest norm in the movement (i.e. Distinguished Toastmaster or D.T.M.) by 28.
He is often at heart of many corporate Toastmasters Clubs as they are organized to benefit the participants who attend his Presentation Skills Workshops. This he does as a value added service for the clients who wish to invest in their people's development through this type of support system.
As the former Manager for Instructions of the Dale Carnegie Courses, he also distinguished himself by becoming the youngest ever instructor for the course in Human Relations and Effective Speaking at the age of 27.
In the Training and Consulting industry, he continues to blaze a brilliant trail of delighted clients in numerous topics such as, Team Building, Training the Trainers, Customer Delight, Voice Development, Problem Solving / Decision Making, and Priorities Management.

His years of experience with the South East Asia Speakers and Trainers Bureau, Inc. as its Training Manager then its General Manager prepared him for his current post. He now leads his own consulting and training firm: The Energized Training Consultancy. In it he has gathered subject matter experts, giants in various industries. Experts in Key Accounts Management, Six Sigma, Instrumentation and Calibration, Banking and Finance.
He of course does not limit his exposure to training alone. He teaches Instruction and Presentation Methodology at De La Salle University (D.L.S.U. S.P.A.C.E.) by invitation. He also provides public speaking coaching services for numerous Rotary District Governors, Politicians, Pastors, and Priests. Believing as he does that high ranking people without the ability to communicate merely become managers, not leaders.
